I was driving back from delivering an input on Fraud to a new intake of PCSOs who will be out and about in local communities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in the next month or so, when I heard this fascinating report on Radio 4’s “You and Yours” which explains how criminals are using customer's water accounts to commit fraud - including trying to impersonate a listener and gain access to her bank accounts: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002kfpx
